Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered clean and comfy rooms with good service, though there were some homeless people around the area. The location was nice with various amenities available, but it was a bit far from the Convention Center. The dining experience was described as hit or miss, and the facilities were clean and appealing.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with spacious and very clean rooms, onsite breakfast, and a convenient location within walking distance to the Gaslamp district and a shopping mall. However, cleanliness could be improved. The friendly staff make the overall experience pleasant.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were large and decorated in a fun 60s themed way, and being so close to Gas Lamp District was a huge plus. The modern and well-decorated rooms offered a great view of the sea and the beautiful new Central Courthouse building. The service was super understanding and made our stay a perfect 10/10. The location was ideal, just a short walk to downtown and the Gaslamp district. The dining experience, although requiring an additional $10 for a limited choice, was available until at least 11 am. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks!
The hotel is centrally located in downtown San Diego near Broadway, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms had some noise from the construction on the main street but were pet-friendly, though facing the elevator. The service staff were courteous and accommodating, managing multiple tasks efficiently. The dining experience had a pleasant ambiance with a variety of fresh items, but the presentation could be improved. The location offers easy access to the Gaslamp Quarter and essential amenities, with some presence of homeless individuals in the area.
The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, making it easy to get around. The rooms are modern and spacious, though living out of a suitcase for clothes storage can be inconvenient. The service was generally courteous and accommodating. The dining options were basic but nice, ending a bit early on weekdays. The location is great for exploring the Gaslamp Quarter, though some may find the prepackaged food offerings underwhelming. Overall, a decent choice for a stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located perfectly, just a short walk to Gaslamp with easy access to dining options. The rooms, despite being a bit chilly due to the air conditioning, were extremely comfortable. The service was top-notch, very friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal for exploring downtown San Diego and business trips. The dining experience lacked variety but had a nice ambiance. Overall, a great value for a stay in the heart of the city.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the extra-large double bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff provided exceptional service, making sure all our needs were met. The location was perfect, close to the train station and various dining options. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with underwhelming presentations and limited options.
